Following a visit to one of my favourite gemstone shops in Liverppol, I was surprised that I had added a number of black gemstones, including some Black Tourmaline rough tumblestones, as normally I tend to swerve them.

I am not normally a great fan of black gemstones, an when I recently visited one of my favourite gemstone shops in Liverpool, I was attracted to a number of different black gemstones.

Originally I wanted to get the Black Tourmaline as a protection for my stall, as during the Spring Fair trade showin Birmingham earlier this year, alot of my gemstones broke, I guess with the amount of energy in the air.

So I needed to replace some of them and give them a little bit of protection.

Then something weird happened and decided to select some additional black tourmalines rough tumblestones to make some simple freeform wire wrapped pendants

Black Tourmaline is a strong spiritual grounding gemstone, which is best known for it's powerful protective properties, by repelling and blocking negative energies
