My healing crystal guilty pleasures this month
I had the opportunity to order some fabulous healing crystal cabochons directly from my suppliers source of ethical small independent family businesses in Jaipur this month, which included citrine, cavansite, orange kyanite and blue peitersite, which unfortunately won't arrive until round Christmas, but it will be a nice package for me to open during the festive season in preparation for next year.
That said I have still got my paws on some fabulous healing crystal bling of which some are extremely interesting and new to me which can read more about in my latest guilty pleasure blog post, The Winter and Christmas handmade markets are now in full swing, and as usual my best selling category is in full demand!
I really love offering my customers more than other jewellers when it comes to my healing crystal jewellery choices, and its is with this in mind that when my supplier offers me a healing stone that is either new or I have never heard of, that's usually enough for me to start reaching for the business credit card.
Ancestrealite is one of those healing crystals that I had never come across or heard of before, but whether it was its name or the matrix of the bead, it was a healing crystal that I wanted to add to my collection!
As its name suggested Ancestrealite is one of the oldest precious healing crystal, that has only recently been discovered, and is a form of hematite. Its properties are said to be a powerful natural ancient energy for mental peace and balance.
I think those that know me know what first attracted me to the Azurite Druzsy cabochons, maybe it's their rich dark blue colour of the Azurite, or maybe its the sparkly druzsy that captivated my inner magpie, either way I think they will make stunning pendants!
Azurite has a transformative quality that stimulates an increase in communication skills, intuition, creativity and inspiration, and it is said that the dark brilliance of azurite accelerates the vibration of energy toward the spiritual realm:

Ok I am going to admit, I screwed up with the Golden Rutilated Quartz cabochons, as I was completely distracted by the rutilation and the shapes, that I did not take into consideration the thickness of the cabochons, so although these pieces are stunning my original design ideas with them are up in the air due to their chunkiness.
Rutilated Quartz protects against the ill thoughts of others and helps to reach the root of problems and facilitates transitions and a change of direction. It is a fabulous healing crystal for cleansing and energising the aura, and can draw off negative energy and disease enabling one to release the past.
I loved the green/grey with the purple veining of these cabochons, which really intrigued me, and as such Kammererite was another healing crystal that had reaching for my Crystal Bible and searching Google to find out more about!
Kammererite is a powerful crystal to use when one is working on developing ones psychic gifts as they have a strong stimulating effect on the third eye.
Kammererite is a high vibrational healing crystal that harnesses the key for unlocking your soul, which assists one in rising out of ones physical body, its violet rays helps one ascend higher plains of consciousness.
It is said that Kammererite is and excellent meditative healing crystal that can access the Akashic records, which holds the truth to life and the universe!
Always after something a little bit different and quirky, customers have been asking for Fordite, and I have been hearing a lot of noise about this stuff on Instagram and Etsy, so when my supplier had some and I saw the pieces I thought it would be something interesting and different I could add to my jewellery.
For those who are not in the know, Fordite is not actually a healing crystal, and it is formed within the Ford car plants, hence its name, where layers and layers of paint have been applied to cars and then cut to form these striking and stunning cabochons:
I have a few pieces of this interesting material, which I am current deciding whether to make into pendants or rings for the upcoming markets.
