My healing crystal guilty pleasures this month

Each month I say to myself, that I have more than enough healing crystals and my collection is complete, and every month I realise that you can never have too many crystals.

One of my UK suppliers was in Indian last week, sourcing some new and wonderful healing crystal cabochons and beads, allowing us to buy directly from the family run stone cutters, giving behind the scene fascinating and insightful videos of the sourcing, cutting and selection processes.

Currently my best sellers are the handcrafted healing crystal studs, especially the copper turquoise and rainbow moonstone ones, so I thought I would expand my range, and I have to say that my suppliers did not disappoint!

Kyanite is proving to be a popular healing crystal, and I am not surprised as it has a calming effect on the whole being, bringing tranquility.  It encourages psychic abilities and communication on all levels.

With this in mind when I was offered the mint green and orange versions, I naturally jumped at the opportunity.  These faceted cute orange babies are absolutely gorgeous, especially when they will be incorporated into my studs and earring designs.

Orange Kyanite, the rarest form of Kyanite, is a creativity healing crystal, connecting one with ones inner child, healing past trauma to help one play and ignites ones imagination, the gateway to ones creative power.

Tourmaline is another of my birthstones, whilst most think that this healing crystal only comes in the green, pink and black varieties.  Even I was suprised with the variety of different coloured tourmalines including yellow and blue, that my supplier had found so naturally I had to snap them up!

Tourmaline cleanses, purifies and transforms dense energy into lighter vibrations, grounds spiritual energy, clears and balances all the chakras, forming a protective shield around the body.

Tourmaline aids in understanding oneself and others. It promotes self-confidence and diminishes fear.

Tourmaline attracts inspiration, compassion, tolerance and prosperity. It balances the right-left sides of the brain:

Peridot is quite an expensive healing crystal, but I thought how wonderful they would look as studs, especially in summer, and I have a earring design in the pipeline that I think would look fabulous with these.

Peridot opens our hearts to joy and new relationships.

It enhances confidence and assertion, motivating growth and change, sharpens and opens the mind to new levels of awareness.

Peridot banishes lethargy, apathy and exhaustion.

After the Christmas I realised that my Aquamarine jewellery range was a little bit lacking,  when I came across these gorgeous facetted cabochons, which really sparkle when the light catches them, it really made my day.

The serene color of aquamarine is said to cool the temper, allowing the wearer to remain calm and levelheaded.

Aquamarine is a stone of courage. Its' calming energies reduce stress and quietens the mind, and has an affinity with sensitive people.

The new studs will be showcased at my upcoming face-to-face markets.
