My larger cabochon and bead supplier was in India last month sourcing new healing crystals, and I thought that it was safe to say that for me it was going to be a cheap trip, as unless she brought some  new and interesting stones, my credit card was staying well and truly in my purse.

She did tempt me with some nice things, and at times it was close, but no cigar, and jus as I was about to pat myself on the back, she brought out some big guns with a personal shoopping expedition, and tempted me with some absolutely gorgeous and new material, which is know on its way from India and I will be showcasing in the coming months.

This has given me the opportunity to do a much needed stock check of my bead collection, as we are heading into wedding season, I am noticing and uplift in earring sales.

Starting off the the pictureque Garden Quartz (Lodalite),  quartz stone that contains various mineral inclusions, of different shapes, colours, adesigns and textures, which form to create structures within the gemstone that resemble forests, gardens, landscape and underwater scenes, thus making each gemstone unique.

These striking crystals are known as the shaman's stone, Lodalite radiates energies of gentle strength and love.

Spinel is a healing crystal of energy renewal and rejuvenation, which encourages one in times of difficulty.

Black Spinel is the protective version of this stone, earthing energies to balance the rise of the kundalini. It provides insight into the underlying problems and gives one the stamina to continue. :

Wharts not to love about the absolutely stunning Pietersite rectangular beads?

One of my favourite healing crystals, between it's navy blue/black with yellow/gold chaotic chatoyency, this has to be one of the best beads I've been able tp get my little paws on!!!

Pietersite  is known as the Tempest Stone, as it is a gemstone known to contain a charge, almost like a little storm raging within, that  discharges negative energies and emotional turmoil, cleanses the aura, restores cal and brings about change.

When you are offered every possible colour of Tourmaline under the sun, it really is quite rude to say No!!!

Granted these facetted rondelle beads are smaller than I would have liked but they will make some fabulous earrings.

Tourmaline aids one in understanding oneself and others. It promotes self-confidence and diminishes fear, and fabulous healing crystal for It balancing male-female energy within the body by enhancing it and removing blockages.
