Where's Joolzery in July?
Where's Joolzery in July?
June was a relatively quiet month, although I did sneak in an extra Makers Market, which in hindsight I should have taken the win and had that weekend off, but getting my monthly credit card bill, makes me make some rash decisions.
July is looking like a quiet month, but I keep getting offered markets left, right and centre, so having to think of the logistics of things and be a bit more strategic, as August is shaping up to be a busy month, and we are in a funny time of the year for retail in general, with summer holidays on the horizon.
There are a couple of markets in pipeline for Ruthin and Burscough, but I'm awaiting confirmation of the bookings.
If they go ahead I will add the details to the website.
Granby Street Market
the 1st Saturday of the month sees me back at the Uber chilled, super creative entrepreneurial community Granby Street market.
I am now in my regular spot of the orange Gazebo 6, which seems to be a better spot, and now my regulars know where to find me.
Want to know what new tings I'll be bringing?
Pop down and find out...
There will be 40+ stalls selling fantastic handmade and handcrafted arts and crafts, artisan and street food, recycled and upcycled items from around the North West region.
There is always something different at this market, with a banging DJ and local community groups providing the entertainment, its always worth a visit!!!
Granby Street Market takes place at Granby Street, Pinces Park, Liverpool. L8:

The LivingWell Festival
I did this Mind Body and Spirit festival for the first time last year, and had such a wonderful spiritual time, that I have decided to return again this year with my handcrafted jewellery.
An awesome event for those who are into Holistic, Wellbeing, Psychic and Spirituality practices.
With 100 Exhibitors and 30 Workshops and Talks there is so much see and do for the whole family
The LivingWell Festival will be held at The Quarry, 2 Claremont Bank, Shrewsbury, SY1 1RJ

The Night Market Manchester @LoveFactory
This is turning into a month of firsts, and in this case this is the first time the Joolzery has done a night market and in this venue the Love Factory, Manchester.
These guys have been holding these night markets in Scotland and they looked so busy and cool, so was stoked when they brought them to the North West, and I wanted to get in on the act.
I'm beyond excited that they have selected me to take part, even though its going to be a late one!!!
Along with a selection of amazing artists, crafters and makers, there will be street food vendors outside, 2 bars and not one but 2 DJs, this is going to be epic, and feels more like a party than a market, cant wait.
All thought its a ticketed event, children under 12 go free, and it's dog friendly!
What a fabulously alternative way to spend your Friday night
The Night Market - Manchester takes place at The Love Factory, 202 Dantzic Street, Manchester, M4 4NL:
Friday 7th July 2023 6:00pm - 11:00pm

Folk Have Talent Interactive Night Market
It seems night markets are all the rage at the moment, and when I was first approached about taking part in the market, on a Friday night for 2 hours, I wasn't really up for it.
But after a bit of food and alcohol I thought what the hec?
There will be 20+ stalls selling fantastic handmade and handcrafted art and crafts and artisan food, from around the North West region, as well as demos and wellbeing offerings, not sure how you're going to fit all of this in 2 hours!!!
Let's not forget a raffle prize as well.
Bringing the vibe with live music, and a free children's interactive workshop, sounds like a fabulous way to spend a Saturday
Interactive Night Market will take place at St John's Church Hall (next to the Primary School), Burscough, L40 4AE
Friday 21st July 2023 7:00pm - 9:00pm

The Art Quarter Summer Market
The last Saturday of the month sees me back at the Art Quarter Summer market, which seems to be the replacement of the Open Culture Summer Market.
I can't wait to be back in this venue in the middle of the City Centre, which I do not do that often.
The last time I was at this venue was for their Winter market in December, and was pleasantly surprised, as it exposed Joolzery to a new set of customers:
