I think at this rate I may have to sign myself up to Crystal Collectors Anonymous, as my Indian supplier has taken it upon himself to find a new range of healing crystals from around the world, and offering so many fabulous unknown and/or sought after stones that my inner magpie just cannot resist!!!

Aragonite is not usually a stone available as cabochons, so when this cool green version, which reminds me of mint fondants, was offered, I just had to buy this cute round one.

Aragonite is attuned to the Earth Goddess, encouraging conservation and recycling, is a reliable earth-healer and grounding stone.

This stone teaches patience and acceptance, combats oversensitivity, and is a fabulous stone for those who push themselves too hard, or who needs assistance in delegation.

It is said that Aragonite provides strength and support, helping to combat anger and emotional stress.

Looking at my current healing crystal options, I don't have that many orange stones, so this Calcite cabochon was just what I needed.

Calcite comes in various colours, and is a powerful cleanser and amplier of energy, its' presence in a room is enough to remove negative energy within the environment.

An active crystal, it accelerates development and growth, and as a spiritual stone it is linked to the higher consciousness, activating higher awareness, psychic abilities, channeling and out of body experiences.

Orange Calcite is an incredibly cleansing and energising stone, especially for the lower chakras, it balances emotions, removes fear and is said to assist in overcoming depression.

The inner magpie was certainly drawn to the shiny metallic inclusions of these stunning Marcasite cabochons.

Loving the dark brooding and shiny pyrite matrix of these stones, which when I saw them I thought would make fabulous earrings and rings, but unfortunately the earrings would have to be asymmetric as they didn't come in matching pairs.

Marcasite provides a psychic shield and grounding into the everyday world, stimulates metaphysical abilities including clairvoyance and spirit-awareness.

This stone increases objectivity, by providing a more detached perspective when seeking insight in both oneself and others.

When stepping into ones power it creates the confidence to make the necessary growth adjustments, without the need to seek power from others.

If you want your light to shine Marcasite is the stone to have!

I have been after Rhodochrosite cabochons and beads for the longest of times, but just never been able to get my hands on them until now. 

I adore the salmon pink stripy matrix of this luscious stone.

Rhodochrosite activates the heart chakra by integrating the physical and spiritual energies, stimulating love and passion while energising the soul.

This stone encourages a positive and cheerful outlook.
