Summer is my favourite season of the year, where in theory we have long warm sunny days, everyone seems happier and care free.

On the 21st June we celebrate the Summer solstice, the longest day of the year, a fire festival, where in nature most flowers will be in full bloom, and trees and shrubs will have started to bear their delicious wares.

I mean what's not to like?
