When placing an order with Joolzery, via the Joolzery web site, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details.
This contract will become binding upon our acceptance via email of your order.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required)
All jewellery on this website has been handmade by Julia of Joolzery. Many items are made to order, and unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days once payment has been received by Joolzery.

Sterling silver jewellery handmade by Joolzery which may feature pre-made components such as chains, charms or clasps.
Jewellery is not hallmarked as the silver components are below the weight at which hallmarking is required by UK Law. Individual component items (above) may contain a '925' mark.
Other parts of the jewellery will be semi-precious, freshwater pearl and/or sterling silver beads. Oxidised designs use liver of sulphur to darken the surface of the silver.

This means that all our handmade jewellery is ready to be given as a gift.
